1/2" Scale JJ's Dollhouse Cottage Shell Kit

This year's project can be built in 1/2" Scale or 1" Scale (see #52017), and in both scales, there are options to add an extra level and one or more extra gables.

The 1/2" Scale unassembled, unfinished shell kit includes:

• Sturdy parts of mostly 1/4" MDF
• Parts for the foundation, floors, walls, dividers, gable parts and roof
• Milled-in clapboard siding on exterior walls
• All pre-cut openings accept standard size windows and doors
• 4 1/2" floor-to-ceiling height
• Foundation measures 1/2"H
• Interior rooms are 8 3/16"W x 6"D; Porch is 2 1/4"D
• Finishing options for the second floor include adding a lip around the dormer section (this option increases the overall size slightly)
• This kit takes standard Houseworks 1/2" scale windows and doors. The approximate window openings are 1 9/32"W x 2 25/32"H x 5/16"D; the approximate door opening is 1 9/16"W x 3 13/16"H x 5/16"D
