Well made but touchy. Don't use water based glue.
This is a nice item to finish the dollhouse. It is well made but touchy: when cutting down to smaller size, it tends to warp and buckle. I used this with white glue to adhere it to the house and it warped and looked terrible. It needed to be taken off and redone. It was done over with a glue gun and now looks fantastic. Unfortunately, some of the siding couldn't cleanly be taken off of the house, causing the loss of some siding in the process, which is expensive. If you buy this item, which I can recommend, don't use water based glue. Use a glue gun and save yourself some aggravation.
