This complete unassembled 1/48 scale Victorian dollhouse kit includes everything you need to finish as shown.Even includes the sturdy wooden base and protective felt for the underside. You just supply paintand basic craft supplies.

• Pieces laser-cut from maple hardwood; wall pieces are notched and tabbed
• Interior walls are grooved to guarantee the floor pieces fit
• For the exterior: pre-cut siding, shingles, doors, windows, railings, trims,shutters, window boxes and landscaping items

• Detailed instructions with diagrams

Note: The shingles on the finished model pictured above were painted black. The unpainted shingles that come in the kit are a shade of red which can be kept or repainted to suit your preference.
