The bump out opens to the exterior (hinges and magnet included) and adds important flex space and privacy - make it a bathroom so the open concept is truly livable. This kit has a door opening on each of two walls and clearstory window openings on a third wall. Add a second kit for a townhouse or duplex. Made of MDF. Simple assembly, instructions included. The bump out is 4"W x 8 7/8"H x 9 1/8"D. The door openings measure 3 1/8"W x 7 1/16"H; any door that fits a 3" x 7" opening will work (for example, #6007). The window openings measure 2 13/16"W x 1 13/16"H; Casement Window Kit #7432 and Hinged Window #82016 will fit.
