We were unable to obtain a photo of the "Smooth MDF Front" version. They are identical houses except for the front finish.

This unfinished dollhouse kit by Real Good Toys would be perfect for a shop with living quarters above, an apartment building or a city home.

It is pictured, above with a pre-bricked MDF front, already painted and mortared, as shown. If you prefer the pre-bricked front, please click #9433

Top-quality features include:

  • Precision engineered pre-cut parts constructed of MDF, except plywood floors
  • Front, floors and sidewalls are 3/8"; other panels are 1/8" - 1/4"
  • Convenient front-opening design

    This is the kit I'm getting ready to start on...if I can decide which of several ways to do it! the simple design (without bricks!) means that you can do almost any style or period. I am busy planning my turn of the century hotel! Typical high quality of RGT in a very inexpensive kit.
