New to Miniatures
I needed to make the porch more realistic and wood sheeting was not doing it for me. Now I am using it on stairs, creating hardwood floors. It is so versatile and easy to work with. Stains nicely too.

Thin to Win!
I absolutely love this product. The thin wood, which is very nicely grained is easily cut/shaped into any size. I use a very hot glue gun to hold it in place. I am new to miniatures, so this wood is perfect to cover up any mistakes, makes an attractive border, and a finished look. Thanks HBS for slashing the price on this nice/useful product!

Fragile, thin item, but attractive.
These strips are attractive finished. Unfinished is what you expect. They are a lighter colored pine in actuality. Warning, these are very thin strips, barely thicker than a sheet of paper, if that. Thus, they are fragile. You can use double sided tape, or white glue to adhere them. If you use white glue, use sparingly, or you'll have a mess. You do need to weigh down the planks when you glue them down. For the same reason, don't use too much stain should you finish them.
Otherwise, you can't beat the price, but you get what you pay for here. There are better planks out there, but for a higher price.
