Nice room box. No problems here.
The box I received is thick wood as found in the typical dollhouse. I had no problem with mine, no spintering or flimsy wood here. I bought this as a gift for my wife in order for her to make a garage for her dollhouse. I opened the box to check the contents and was pleased with the quality for the price. I found this to be a good deal. What you see in the picture is what you get.

Awful, cheap, not sturdy
Extremely thin cheap splintery plywood. The picture is deceptive. It is the trim around the entrance to the box that is making it appear thick and sturdy-those are just strips that are applied.
