Catalog Request

If you would like to receive a copy of our latest printed catalog, just enter your name and address below.

If you have received a catalog or ordered from us in the past, please do not fill out this form. Instead, you should email us at hbs@miniatures.com with your request, as well as your full name and address. If your address has changed, please include both your old and new address.

You should receive your catalog within three to four weeks. Please do not submit your information more than once, as this will slow the delivery process. If you have not received your catalog within five weeks, please contact hbs@miniatures.com.

Media Code: A source code may automatically appear. If you prefer to use an alternate code, simply delete the existing code and type in the code from the promotional piece or the back of the catalog you prefer to use. If no media code appears and you do not have a code, simply leave blank.
