- If a mistake was made on our part, or a product was damaged upon receipt, we will take care of the problem, no questions asked. If an item(s) is damaged upon receipt, please keep the merchandise in the packaging it came in and notify the appropriate carrier for further instructions.
- If you changed your mind, do not want or do not need the product ordered, send the item back prepaid within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by your invoice, and a credit or refund (please indicate) will be issued.
- To exchange one product for another, please fill out the form on the back of your invoice.
- Returns must be accompanied by an invoice.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
- We cannot accept returns on closeout items, books, catalogs, patterns, audio or video tapes.
- Items sold in sets must be returned in their entirety.
- When returning damaged items, please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
- If you are returning an item for a refund and originally paid by credit card, we will issue a credit on your same card account. If you originally paid by check or money order, please indicate whether you prefer a credit to your miniatures.com account or a refund check.
- When figuring your exchange or refund total, please remember any discounts or Georgia Sales Tax that applied to the original order. Available Bonus Dollars will be modified for returned merchandise.
- Returned items must be in unopened resaleable packages, unless defective.
- Original Standard Shipping/Processing Charges are non-refundable.
- Please add Standard Shipping/Processing Charges to exchange/new order, if applicable.
- Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D.
- We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on dollhouse kits not returned in resaleable condition, please call Customer Service for details.
