Discount Dollhouse by Real Good Toys

This house goes together like a dream. After building about 10 of these, it is easily my favorite of the "small" houses. It is versitale and lends itself to becoming about anything you want - from a church to a saloon!  I often suggest it as a first project for new hobbiests. By adding a room box for a kitchen, it makes a nice family home and covering it with shingles makes it a dream cabin for the mountains. When I asked my granddaughter whioch house she wanted me to build for her, she chose this one after playing with it and three others. It is easy to wire for electricity and the quality of the wood means it won't dry out and be hard to finish smoothly. I have built it with two bedrooms and a small bath upstairs. The outside is easily finished with a porch and roof kitbashed onto it. The simple disign makes it easy to go wherever your imagination leads you. Isn't that why we play with dollhouses?
