• 7/8" valance below each floor offers indirect lighting opportunity (as shown)
• Notched floors simplify future wiring and electrification slots make wiring easy
• Milled clapboard side walls are ready to paint
• Hand-split octagonal wooden shingles are included for the Mansard roof
• Designed especially to fit ExtraBrite© LED interior lighting and you would need approximately 48 inches per level to complete as shown. ( #95301, #95302, #95303, or #95304)
