This gracious 12-room unfinished Victorian dollhouse kit by Real Good Toys is complete with a wrap-around porch and gazebo! Top-quality features include:

  • Sturdy construction of 3/8" plywood exterior walls with milled-in clapboard siding; 3/8" upper floors
  • Precision-engineered pre-cut parts go together easily
  • Back is open and one section of front opens
  • Wooden roof shingles and gingerbread trim
  • Non-working windows
  • Working front door
  • 9 7/16" floor-to-ceiling height
  • Movable room dividers accept standard interior doors
Comes with straight starircase from first to second floor, not the curved one shown. If you prefer the curved staircase, order #91759.

Window treatments and shutters are not included.

We used 3 pkgs of #5025 shutters.
