This unfinished shell kit is available in 1-inch scale and 1/2-inch scale (#2388) special features include:

• Parts of sturdy 3/8" smooth MDF lend themselves to unlimited finishing options
• Easy to assemble; instructions are included and you can find a list on our site or call us for a list of items and techniques used for our finished model
• Window and door opening are sized to accept standard windows and doors; we used #5032 windows and a modified version of a #6022 door on our finished 1-inch model
• Porch steps (not shown on unfinished shell) are included
