Great learning project
I'd done several dollhouse kits in high school, but none since and never a RGT kit. I bought this to build for my little niece (a good size for the Calico Critters figures). It's a very simple build with clear instructions. I also used the RGT website and followed their techniques for shingle-dyeing, scored floors, and painting. I now feel ready for a bigger project. And the result (with added shingles and some extra trim) was super cute!

I love it!
I have two of these to build, and don't let the price fool you, this is the same quality you expect of RGT-precision fit and quality materials. The more I look at it, the more my imagination takes off...a great little house for gifts!
