Not even worth $20
This was my first attempt at making dollhouse miniatures, and I'm not impressed. It's terribly time consuming to put together, and the pieces don't fit together as they should. The wood was curved and it is very flimsy and splinters easily. The window and door measurements are not precise, and so the doors and windows I ordered don't fit properly. The price was very appealing to me, but I wish I had waited and just gotten a good quality small dollhouse. I guess this could work for some, but I'm not a fan.

Great for the price and practical
This is one of those kits that are fairly easy to put together but similar to the previous rating, the wood was not colored the same. The instructions were simple but seemed to be missing some things that would have been helpful.
Overall, it's a great two room box, but don't expect the same quality level. You get what you pay for.

Not like the picture
The wood was all discolored and does not look or feel as strong as it looks in the picture. I did put it together easy and fast. I DO love it, but should have more description on how it looks. The directions are THEE worst, need to update the directions you all give. Other than that I love it and can not wait to fill it up with mini's!
