This unfinished, two-room cottage kit is perfect for a variety of store themes. Have a shop downstairs and an office upstairs.    

Features include:

  • 1/8" die-cut punch-out plywood construction
  • Simple assembly (requires no tools)
  • Door, trim, windows with window boxes and chimney
  • Silk-screened Plexiglas windows with black designs

This dollhouse perfect for a first build. I added siding shingles and brick to it and I am waiting on a new front door.

Its an easy build and a nice size. Very charming. And the upper floor is decent use~able room space. Perfect for a beginner.
