This isn't a quick build, but the finished product is awesome! I've built many kits, and I would have to say this was the most challenging, but it was worth it! I made mine into a bed and breakfast (The Yellow Rose Inn) and kit-bashed the roof to open up the space. It is one of my favorite houses (http://www.nanasminis.com/yellow-rose-inn.html)!

Patience
Once this amazing doll house was completed..... I loved it and was not disappointed. But I found the instructions difficult at times, and the precuts not very precise (keep a dremel handy)...if it wasnt for a patient husband who helped me assemble it, it would have never been completed. Definitely a 2 person project!

If i didnt have such a devoted father, then this thing wouldve been thrown into the burnpile on the first step. I heard some swear words in the process, and i agreed. The assembly is so time consuming. But here i and my father are, a year and a half later, and were still alive. I love my new mini home so much that i wish i could shrink down to size and live in it. I recommend this kit to anyone who has a good sense of humor and lots of spare time.
