Can't you just picture this enchanting Tudor mansion perched on the rolling English countryside Or perhaps it belongs in a quaint Bavarian village...no matter what aura this

The house itself is fine; thank goodness. I could not believe it was shipped the way it was shipped. They just put a label on the box and sent it; not covering and no protection. The box had a puncture in it that could have broken many of the walls. Very disappointing.
This was the third kit that I have built. Actually, I am still working on it--I like this kit a lot because it has a lot of creative possibilities. I did some of the exterior with brick, and I replaced the roof opening with a porch that I designed. Caution: this does not come with the shingles and siding that come with some kits. However, that made this a more inexpensive option at the outset, and gave more room for individual design. This is a great kit for someone who is eager to do some creative work, but who is not ready to actually draw blueprints!

I bought this house in 1982. It cost me $75.oo. Is a beautiful house. The outside is finished but I haven't got the inside yet. With this and that I have not the time or the money to finished it. Now that we are retired is one of the first thing for me to do. My grandaughters love to look at it and I love to see their faces when they do. Beautiful house, thank you.
