another great kit from really great toys.  good instruction manual.  probably not the best kit to start building doll houses for the first time.  lots of little stuff.  for example railings come totally unassembled.   a bit tough to electrify, but worth the effort.  a lot of fun to assemble and the finished product looks better than the pix especially if custom finished.  granddaughter thrilled with result.
