Two Story Duplex Kit
I like this kit because it is made of wood, so it is light. I also like it because it is a space saver.

CHEAP JUNK. Warped, splintered wood, bad die cuts, lousy directions. Managed to put it together, but will probably give it away. Word to the wise: spend a few bucks more and get something of better quality.

two story shops
I bought this kit for it's price and turned it into a two story shop. The upper floor is an Art Studio, and the 1st floor is a quilt shop. I painted the exterior to look like stucco and trimmed it in brick. I must say, it looks pretty good. Sort of the look you may see in an old downtown area.
