Return Policy:


  1. If a mistake was made on our part, or a product was damaged upon receipt, we will take care of the problem, no questions asked. If an item(s) is damaged upon receipt, please keep the merchandise in the packaging it came in and notify the appropriate carrier for further instructions.

  2. If you changed your mind, do not want or do not need the product ordered, send the item back prepaid within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by your invoice, and a credit or refund (please indicate) will be issued.

  3. To exchange one product for another, please fill out the form on the back of your invoice.

  4. Returns must be accompanied by an invoice.

  5. Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

  6. We cannot accept returns on closeout items, books, catalogs, patterns, audio or video tapes.

  7. Items sold in sets must be returned in their entirety.

  8. When returning damaged items, please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.

  9. If you are returning an item for a refund and originally paid by credit card, we will issue a credit on your same card account. If you originally paid by check or money order, please indicate whether you prefer a credit to your miniatures.com account or a refund check.

  10. When figuring your exchange or refund total, please remember any discounts or Georgia Sales Tax that applied to the original order. Available Bonus Dollars will be modified for returned merchandise.

  11. Returned items must be in unopened resaleable packages, unless defective.

  12. Original Standard Shipping/Processing Charges are non-refundable.

  13. Please add Standard Shipping/Processing Charges to exchange/new order, if applicable.

  14. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D.

  15. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on dollhouse kits not returned in resaleable condition, please call us for details.

Two-Day air deliveries

Two-Day Air delivery is available within the 48 contiguous United States. For orders under $225.00, shipping is $30.95. For orders $225.00 and over, shipping is $25.00. Two-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. is guaranteed from the day your order leaves our warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays). These orders are given our highest priority. Two-Day Air deliveries cannot be addressed to post office boxes. A street address, postal code, daytime phone number of addressee and signature are required for Two-Day Air delivery. If you have special delivery requirements, please call Customer Service at 1.800.223.7171, Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET) or send us an . All back orders are shipped by ground delivery. Additional Two-Day Air charges will apply to each dollhouse and room box, due to their greater size/weight. We strive to maintain adequate inventory levels on all items; however, often due to unexpected demand for a particular item, we may be temporarily out of stock. In this case, we "back order" the item for you and give you first priority when the product arrives. Credit card orders are not charged for back ordered items until they are actually shipped. If you ordered by check or money order, the dollar amount representing the cost of the back ordered item(s) is held in your account until the item(s) is shipped. This dollar amount appears as a negative(-) figure in the "Chg Amt/Bal Due" column of your invoice until the back order is shipped. No additional freight is charged for these items when they are shipped.
