This unfinished dollhouse kit is inspired by the Carpenter-Gothic style cottages found in Oak Bluff, a town in Martha's Vineyard. These cottages are small but elaborately bedecked with gingerbread trim.

3.6mm die-cut punch out plywood construction
Gothic bay, two dormers, upper and lower porches and lots of gingerbread!
Two rooms on the first floor, staircase and loft
Shingles are not included, just order four packages of #4701 to achieve the look shown here.
