Mail-order gift certificates may only be used toward catalog orders placed by mail. You will be prompted to enter the recipient's name and address, and we will send the certificate to that person, along with a letter explaining that the gift is coming from you and a copy of our latest HBS catalog.

Egift certificates may only be used toward orders placed online at miniatures.com. You will be prompted to enter the recipient's name and email address, and we will send an egift certificate to your friend, along with a link to miniatures.com and an explanation that the gift is from you.

Just send us an email at hbs@miniatures.com (use "gift certificate" as the subject line) that tells us the amount and whether you would like a mail-order gift certificate or an egift certificate, and we'll send you instructions for placing the order.

To redeem an online gift certificate, just follow these simple steps:
1. Shop, then proceed to checkout.
2. Enter your egift certificate number in the gift certificates field on the order form.
3. Click the apply button to see the gift certificate amount deducted from your total.

(If the egift certificate amount is less than your total, the adjusted amount due will appear. If the egift certificate amount is greater than your total, the unused portion will be saved for a future purchase.)

Gift Certificate Rules:

	Shipping/Processing charges do not apply to the purchase of egift certificates or mail gift certificates which are sent via standard shipping.
	The amount of the certificate is deducted from the recipient's order total, which may include Shipping/Processing charges.
	Gift certificates may not be purchased in conjunction with other merchandise. This is due to the special circumstances surrounding their processing.
	Coupons, discounts and Bonus Dollars may not be used toward the purchase of a gift certificate. When purchasing a gift certificate, our 10% Internet discount does not apply. Instead, the discount will be applied to the order on which the gift certificate is redeemed.
