This charming unfinished, unassembled kit includes everything needed to completely finish the interior and exterior of the house as shown. You just supply paint and basic craft supplies. The newest addition to this small-scale collection is a little different, as it offers three different exterior finishing options. Supplies are included to finish with stone/siding or logs, or you can mix and match to completely customize it. No matter which option you choose, this 1/144 scale dollhouse kit will be stunning as a lakeside retreat, bed and breakfast, or whatever you imagine!

• Pieces laser-cut from maple hardwood and/or birch plywood; wall pieces are notched and tabbed
• Interior walls are grooved to guarantee the floor pieces fit
• Detailed instructions with diagrams
• For the interior: wallpapers, baseboards, mouldings and trims
• For the exterior: pre-cut siding, shingles, doors, windows, railings, trims, shutters (where applicable), window boxes and landscaping items
