1/144 Scale Harper Grace House Kit

This new Tudor-style house overflows with charming details! The unfinished, unassembled kit includes everything you need to completely finish the interior and exterior as shown. You supply just paint, glue and basic craft supplies; can be completed in a weekend. Features include:

• Base, wall, floor and roof pieces are laser-cut from maple hardwood; wall pieces are notched and tabbed
• Interior walls are grooved to guarantee the floor pieces fit
• Detailed instructions with diagrams
• For the interior: Window and door trim, mouldings, staircase with landing and wallpapers
• For the exterior: two chimneys, laser-cut slate shingles, "stone" walls, doors, windows, porch steps and trim. Landscaping items, including trellis, corner fence, bushes, window box foliage, stones, gravel, and floral accents are also included.
