1/144 Scale St. Beckham House Kit

This unfinished, unassembled 1/144 scale dollhouse kit from Hart’s Desire Miniatures includes everything you need to completely finish the interior and exterior as shown. It even includes the sturdy wooden base and protective felt for the underside. You just supply pain, glue and basic craft supplies; can be completed in a weekend. Features include:

• Pieces laser cut from maple hardwood and/or birch plywood
• Wall pieces are notched and tabbed
• Interior walls are grooved to guarantee the floor pieces fit
• Detailed instructions with diagrams
• For the interior: wallpapers, baseboards, mouldings and trim
• For the exterior: pre-cut siding, shingles, doors, windows, railings, trims, window boxes and landscaping items

This Gothic Victorian style house features an octagonal tower with multi-story bay, wrap-around porch with detailed railings and ornate gingerbread trim.
