This charming unfinished, unassembled kit includes everything needed to completely finish the interior and exterior of the house as shown. You just supply paint and basic craft supplies. Features include:

Pieces laser-cut from maple hardwood; wall pieces are notched and tabbed
Interior walls are grooved to guarantee the floor pieces fit
For the exterior, pre-cut siding, shingles, doors, windows, railings, trims, shutters, window boxes and landscaping items
For the interior, wallpaper (pink/red patterns), baseboards, mouldings and trims

It looks like the farm houses you see in the Midwest with wrap around porches
