1/48 Scale Tattington House Kit

This complete 1/48 scale dollhouse is an unfinished, unassembled kit that is inspired by a real-life cottage floorplan.

Special details of this classic unfinished Tudor dollhouse include stone and herringbone brick design, conservatory, ornate stair railing and rooftop gingerbread trim.

Everything needed to completely finish the interior and exterior as shown is included. You just supply paint, glue and basic craft supplies; it can be completed in a weekend.

Kit includes:

• Pieces laser-cut from maple hardwood
• For the exterior: laser-cut cedar shingles, dormer, chimneys, foundation brick and stone wall pieces, acrylic walls for the conservatory and window boxes
• For the interior: wallpaper, two fireplaces, staircase, baseboard and moulding.
• Landscaping items include the well, grass, bushes, foliage and flowers. Also includes detailed, illustrated instructions and felt for the bottom of the base.
