1/48 Scale Tudor House Kit

This charming unfinished, unassembled dollhouse kit includes everything needed to completely finish the interior and exterior of the 1/48 scale Tudor style dollhouse as shown. Even includes the sturdy wooden base and protective felt for the underside. You just supply paint and basic craft supplies; can be completed in a weekend.

Additional features include:

• Pieces laser-cut from maple hardwood; wall pieces are notched and tabbed
• Interior walls are grooved to guarantee the floor pieces fit
• For the exterior, stucco paper, wood trim, bays, windows, doors, engraved brick pieces, pre-cut shingles and landscaping materials (grass, bushes, window box foliage and flowers)
• For the interior, paneling materials, baseboards, cove mouldings, trim and wallpaper
• Detailed instructions with diagrams
