1/48 Scale Victorian Dollhouse Kit

This complete unassembled 1/48 scale Victorian dollhouse kit includes everything you need to finish as shown. Even includes the sturdy wooden base and protective felt for the underside. You just supply paint and basic craft supplies.

Features include:

• Pieces laser-cut from maple hardwood; wall pieces are notched and tabbed
• Interior walls are grooved to guarantee the floor pieces fit
• For the exterior: pre-cut siding, shingles, doors, windows, railings, trims, shutters, window boxes and landscaping items
• For the interior: wallpapers, baseboards, mouldings and trims
• Detailed instructions with diagrams

Note: The shingles on the finished model pictured above were painted black. The unpainted shingles that come in the kit are a shade of red which can be kept or repainted to suit your preference.
