1/48 Scale Victorian Shop Kit

This storefront with living space above features curved windows and dormers, hexagonal shingles, special gingerbread trim and interior and exterior staircases! A sign with a full alphabet of wood letters is also included, so you can name your store whatever you like.

The unfinished, unassembled kit includes everything needed to completely finish the interior and exterior as shown. Even includes the sturdy wooden base and protective felt for the underside. You just supply paint and basic craft supplies; can be completed in a weekend.

Additional features include:

• Pieces laser-cut from maple hardwood; wall pieces are notched and tabbed
• Interior walls are grooved to guarantee the floor pieces fit
• Detailed instructions with diagrams
• For the exterior: trim, shutters, windows, doors, pre-cut shingles and landscaping materials (grass, bushes, window box foliage and flowers)
• For the interior: baseboards, cove mouldings, trim and wallpaper
