This rear-opening unfinished kit has parts of 3/8" MDF with clapboard siding milled into the exterior walls. Shutters and window boxes are included, and it can be built to fit either the left or right side of #99070. Window treatments shown are not included. The 2 story Alison Jr. dollhouse addition can also be used with #9401, but the roofline is different.
