	by lynette on 9/18/2017	a bit boring, but in my case, I doubt i'll use this set. but it is a good looking enough set, and can be worked on to add some character to. I discovered with little effort the cushions come off, and you can wrap any fabric around to create a completely different look. just use tape for everything. may also consider painting the wood, but that would just be because of boredom factor. it has a good, real look to it altogether.

Somebody must have listened to previous reviews because the set I just received does have removable cushions -- no glue. Now to figure out how I can change the ugly black "leather" on the cushions to brown or... ?
	by Megan on 5/31/2012	Excellent quality I got this set for a contest dollhouse done in 1910's Craftsman style. I didn't want to spend much money, and selected my furniture accordingly. I was very pleasantly surprised when this arrived; the finish is completely smooth and even, and the there is more detail on the pieces than you can see in the picture. I'm not exactly in love with the vinyl upholstery, but the picture is accurate, and it's generic enough that it'll work great until I'm motivated to change it. :-)
