	by Kay on 3/27/2015	Beautiful and great price Helaine, you should have exchanged yours for another set. My toilet seat goes all the way up. I have to say the price is great for this beautiful set. The size of each component is perfect. This set is as nice as the high priced ones. I know because I have those too. Love the green and gold, too.

However, the wooden toilet lid only opens the tiniest bit and to force it would result in breakage, I'm sure. I have written to customer service about this -- is there a secret to opening this lid? -- but have yet to receive a reply.
