Highly detailed elegant Victorian look. Use with 9" or 10" ceiling. Includes one extra step to add 1" of height for taller dollhouse ceilings. Attach with glue at the bottom or the top of staircase.

The floorspace of this staircase is 7 1/2"W x 7 1/4"D.
The top step is 9 1/4"H with the overall height (including the banister) being 12 3/8"H.

	by S. Elverson on 2/1/2016	Right and Left Curve Elegance These are terrific. I bought two. They are installed in the bottom floor of my Inn and Auction House. They set the stage fora real elegant look. I painted the risers white and stained the base plate, the contrast looks good.
