About the 2024 Kit
The MidTown Kit (#42024) starts as a room box with a bump out. But what do you see? What will it become in your hands? Will it be a store front, a tiny house, a library, a neighbor’s remodel, or most likely something we would never have thought of? What will you do with that bump out?
The MidTown is about versatility. The bump out is shown with a right-hand opening swing. Perhaps you prefer it swinging open to the left. Turn those walls around to relocate those door openings! Stack a few kits and/or put them side by side.

Grand prize is a $1,000 miniatures.com gift certificate. Three runner-up gift certificates are awarded ($500, $350, $250) plus up to $1,000 in gift certificates divided among the top first-time entrants. All entrants receive a “thank you” prize. An entry form is included with each Kit.
