Back orders
We strive to maintain adequate inventory levels on all items; however, often due to unexpected demand for a particular item, we may be temporarily out of stock. In this case, we "back order" the item for you and give you first priority when the product arrives. Credit card orders are not charged for back ordered items until they are actually shipped. If you ordered by check or money order, the dollar amount representing the cost of the back ordered item(s) is held in your account until the item(s) is shipped. This dollar amount appears as a negative(-) figure in the "Chg Amt/Bal Due" column of your invoice until the back order is shipped. PayPal payments cannot accommodate separating back ordered items from the rest of the order and therefore the entire order is charged when the order is placed. Back orders are shipped at no additional charge to you.

We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing, promotions and product information. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
