Well made!
I'm still trying to imagine something for this beautiful building. I love it and I know it will be great when it's done!

Great Quality
Top quality kit!! Part of my garage door track arrived broken....but a little glue will take care of that. @Claudine - The "matchsticks" you speak of are strike jam trim for the walk-through door.

A little fussy
I agree, this is a quality kit; suggest major lubrication (I used soap shavings) so that door does not risk being broken. Lining up the tracks is essential, and since doing the door is the first thing, after that it's very quick. I stained pretty much everything, including the floors. Only painted the interior walls. One funny thing: the instructions do not match what I received. There was mystery trim (tiny little matchstick size) ?? And four pieces of big trim that I just went ahead and installed on the edge of the roof, even though these were not mentioned. Also, no 'glass' for the window--no biggie, but kind of sloppy considering the overall quality.

Easy kit assembly
I've assembled many miniature building kits through the years, and so far, the Houseworks Garage has been the easiest to put together! In a matter of days it was completed. This kit offers a lot of versatility. I chose to convert mine into an artist's studio/shop, and I added cedar shingles and a cupola to the roof. You will not be disappointed with your garage. I was so pleased with the functionality of the working garage door that I ordered a second door kit (sold separately) to use on a future building project!
