	by Pam Sizemore on 12/6/2016	MDF problematic I thought this trim would be the ideal way to finish off my Vermont Farmhouse Jr. but warping has been a big problem. I painted only the facing surfaces to allow for gluing on the back and the majority of the pieces have warped. And if you've worked with MDF, you'll know how rigid it is and I haven't been able to get them to glue flat to wall surfaces. I use a small miter saw for all the angles and cutting by hand is very difficult compared to wood. I am going to buy replacement crown molding and baseboards made out of wood.
