Description 

This incredible non-working chandelier is not electrified but will “light up” even the grandest of dollhouse rooms! Made of laser-cut clear .060 acrylic, it sparkles like crystal or can be painted if desired. The chandelier is very lightweight and has a small hole in the top finial, making it very easy to hang. The candles shown are included. In case you need to make any minor repairs, #5515 Omni-Stick or any tacky glue that dries clear will work well.

This chandelier is beautiful, and it really does look like it's made of crystal. I completed my "French Chateau Music Room" with it. Just like Susan, I found the candles that came with it impossible to work with (strangely, they're cut in half). The candles and candle bases are loose and you have to glue them together and then onto the chandelier, so I purchased 2 sets of the White Taper Candles (#32704) and used them instead (I used the shorter candles - you'll need 8 candles, that is why I bought 2 sets (they come 4 to a set), and since they are round, they worked perfectly. After gluing the white taper candles into the bases, the bases were very easy to glue onto the chandelier. I hung it with a small chain (with jewelry rings on either end, and a small hook screwed into the ceiling). If you need a non-working chandelier, you will love this chandelier, as it is absolutely stunning. I, too, wish I could post a photo, so that everyone could see just how gorgeous this chandelier is.

I was torn between giving this chandelier a 4 star or 5 star. For beauty it is certainly a 5, but it is extremely fragile. It is almost impossible to glue the candles and candle holders so they remain in a straight position. I put this chandelier in a 20th Anniversary scene in a large lantern. Hanging in the middle of the lantern which is 8 1/2 by 8 1/2 inches is the lovely chandelier. I call the setting "The Chandelier Room. I wish there was a choice on the review for attaching a picture of how it actually looks in a room. I would definitely like to show how I used it. The lantern is quite high so I hung the chandelier from a silver chain. It looks great. If I can find a place on this site to show my use of this chandelier, I will put it on this site. Remember,it is a lovely chandelier!

I purchased this for the foyer of a Thornhill dollhouse. It is perfect! I was having wiring issuings with my other lighting fixtures so I wanted a fixture that did not require wiring. I was concerned that it would look odd with the others. My concern was alleviated after I installed it and saw how perfect it looks in the house. It looks wonderful and does have the appearance of being "lit". The chandelier is beautiful!
