Important Notice: The United States Postal Service is experiencing extended delivery delays across the country. Please understand that orders shipped via USPS may take two weeks to arrive. US Shipping

Ground Shipping is FREE1 for all orders shipping to addresses in the United States2 when you spend $35 or more, including orders containing oversized items3!

In addition, any orders placed by 12:00PM Eastern Monday – Friday will ship the same day!4,5

Upgraded Ground Shipping is available for an additional charge. Orders will ship via UPS Ground (sorry, no PO Boxes) and generally arrive within 3-5 business days, but some remote areas can take a few extra days. For orders which contain no oversized items, UPS Ground is $7.95 for orders $35+, and $12.95 for orders up to $34.99. For orders which contain one or more oversized items, UPS Ground shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

2nd Day Air Shipping is also available for an additional charge. Standard Orders shipped via 2nd Day Air cost $34.95 plus any applicable sales tax. Orders containing oversized items shipped via 2nd Day Air will be quoted at checkout. All carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, no longer guarantee that packages will be delivered in 2 days so we are unable to refund your shipping charges in the event of carrier service failure. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The “Fine Print”

  1. Your product subtotal must be $35 or more after any discounts or promotions are applied to the items. If your product total falls below $35, Ground Shipping will cost $7.95 plus any applicable sales tax.
    Please Note: Any sales tax applied to your purchase does not count towards the $35 minimum.
  2. Your address must be located within the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or the US Virgin Islands to qualify for this offer.
  3. Orders containing oversized items like dollhouse kits, turntables, and room boxes cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  4. Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We are unable to assign a specific carrier for your address.
  5. Orders placed on major holidays, as well as those containing dollhouse kits, additions, and turntables shipped by Real Good Toys will ship the next business day, even if they are placed before 12:00PM Eastern Monday – Friday.


Canadian Shipping

An order being shipped to Canada will ship via a trackable international service which should deliver in 2-5 business days (note: this delivery window may be extended if you live in a rural area). Any applicable duties and GST, HST, or PST are included in the shipping charge for your order. The shipping charge for an order under $99.99 is $19.95, an order between $100.00 and $199.99 is $23.95, an order between $200.00 and $299.99 is $27.95 and an order over $300.00 is $18.95. 

Please Note: Oversized Items, which may include dollhouses, room boxes, and other bulky or heavy items, are subject to additional shipping charges which will be quoted during the checkout process.

We must have a street address, postal code and daytime phone number of addressee. International Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for local import duties, brokerage fees or taxes.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please Note: Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, shipping charges will automatically be calculated at checkout, or when you order with our agents over the phone. These charges include all applicable duties, taxes, and carrier fees, and your order will be shipped via a trackable service which should deliver in 2-5 business days (note: this delivery window is an estimate. If you live in a rural area or are outside of a major city, it may be extended by a few days).

Please also note that carriers calculate shipping charges based on the "dimensional weight" of the shipment, rather than the weight of the minitures themselves. In most cases, dimensional weight is higher than the actual weight, which is why the shipping charges may be more than expected.

Return Policy

At miniatures.com, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply follow the return process on this page within 30 days of placing your order. We will gladly refund the merchandise cost to the original form of payment.

If we made an error in shipping your order, we will take care of the problem. Simply contact us by phone or by email at support@miniatures.com

If you changed your mind, do not want, or no longer need the product ordered, please read the information below:

  • The return must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the original order date.
  • Items marked as Clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Items sold in sets must be returned in their entirety.
  • Dollhouse kits, additions, and turntables shipped by Real Good Toys must be returned to Real Good Toys, not to us. We'll provide their shipping address and an RMA number when you contact us. 
    • Please note that items being returned to Real Good Toys must be unopened in order to be eligible for a refund.
  • If you placed your order by phone, please contact us at 800.926.6464 or email us at support@miniatures.com and we will walk you through the return process.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
  • Returned items must be in the original, unopened package.
  • Original and Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Submitting a Return Request

  • Log into your account on our website.
  • Locate the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link.
  • Note that you will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.
  • Select the item(s) that you wish to return and specify the Quantity to Return, Return Reason and the Return Action. You may also leave a comment during this step.
  • Submit the Return Request and you will see the Return Instructions to ship the item(s) back to us.
  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Within one business day you will receive another email with the RMA number to include on the box.
