This set has pieces that can be used in a variety of ways. The cabinet console is actually five pieces: two shelving units that could also be hung, plus two lower storage units with working doors and drawers. If stacked, the cabinet pieces can be arranged in a variety of ways. The Parsons chairs are upholstered in a cheery yellow and blue fabric (may vary slightly). This set is wooden with a golden oak finish.

	by Mary on 7/19/2020	Love this dining set! This quality set is well made and the shelving is versatile. I bought 2 of these sets to use the table and chairs as a large group family meal scene. The shelves can be used in any room. A good purchase for me.

	by Deborah on 4/1/2015	Love at first sight Was very drawn to this dining room set from my first sight of it, though I do not intend to use it as a dining set. Long story made short: This dining room set will be separated and used for various other functions in one of my dollhouses. I would not have even considered breaking a set of pieces meant to go together except that each piece of this furniture set had its individual story to tell. As for the furniture itself: It is quite well made, level and balanced. The exposed wood portions of the various pieces in this set are made from a tight grained wood that is evenly stained. The upholstery on the chairs are well done -- not a single wrinkle, bump or bulge. In short, all of the pieces are well-finished. Very professionally done and worth the money spent. It would have cost more if I had made the same set from scratch.
