Can't you just picture this enchanting Tudor mansion perched on the rolling English countryside Or perhaps it belongs in a quaint Bavarian village...no matter what aura this unfinished dollhouse kit takes on, its great details can't be missed. The six large bay windows, with silk-screened diamond panes, provide a soft view into the large rooms, while also filling the home with light. The scalloped trim, half-timbered exterior and window boxes are additional remarkable touches.

Other features of this Tudor dollhouse include:
  • 3.6mm die-cut punch-out plywood construction
  • Secret third floor studio
  • Doors and exterior trim
  • Removable partitions to create up to nine rooms
Shingles, stucco, flowers and accessories are not included. We used 12 bags of Cedar Square Butt Shingles (#7004) and five bottles of Dollhouse Stucco (#59020).

This was the third kit that I have built. Actually, I am still working on it--I like this kit a lot because it has a lot of creative possibilities. I did some of the exterior with brick, and I replaced the roof opening with a porch that I designed. Caution: this does not come with the shingles and siding that come with some kits. However, that made this a more inexpensive option at the outset, and gave more room for individual design. This is a great kit for someone who is eager to do some creative work, but who is not ready to actually draw blueprints!

Harrison Dollhouse Greenleaf
I bought this house in 1982. It cost me $75.oo. Is a beautiful house. The outside is finished but I haven't got the inside yet. With this and that I have not the time or the money to finished it. Now that we are retired is one of the first thing for me to do. My grandaughters love to look at it and I love to see their faces when they do. Beautiful house, thank you.
