  • Grooved 3/8" MDF exterior walls with clapboard milled directly into them for one-step assembly
  • Plywood floors; wooden shingles

Quality Kit
I have assembled 4 of the kits for my great nieces. They love them. The work goes smoothly if you have a place to dedicate until you finish. One correction to the description is the floors are MDF also. Not a problem to the end product.

Simple Building Project
This kit would be a great starting point if you've never built a dollhouse before. I dry fit the parts together with tape, then wallpaper and paint. The final step is glueing it all together! I left off the roof trim and updated the door. The house was customized with family pictures and mementos for a young family member, so the house became a 3D scrapbook! http://www.nanasminis.com/vermont-farmhouse-jr.html
